Business Innovation and Investment (Subclass 188): What's Still Open

While the Business Innovation and Entrepreneur streams have closed, some 188 extension and transition streams remain active for existing visa holders moving toward the Subclass 888 permanent visa. If you already hold a 188 visa, your transition pathway hasn't disappeared — but new applicants from China should plan around the 858 visa instead.
